2012 Nissan Sunny comes powered with a 4 cylinder 1.5-liter Nissan Motor HR15DE with two injectors and a new generation Xtronic CVT with an auxiliary transmission. Coming to the Features of 2012 Nissan Sunny, it has got a new stylish headlighs and taillamps along with new bumpers, a new interior and new body color choices.
Nissan comes up with a new Hatchback model, Nissan Pixo which belongs to the B segment of the Indian Automobile field. This new Hatchback from the makers Nissan will go on sale in the Indian market by the second half of this year, 2011 itself.
Nissan Pixo features a KB-Series 998cc engine which is Euro 5-compliant with Co2 emissions and develops 67 Bhp @ 6200 rpm of power with 90 Nm @ 3500 rpm of torque. This new Nissan Pixo, which is a 5 Speed Manual Transmission Hatchback car, also features a MacPherson Strut, Isolated Trailing-link suspension in it. The major drawback of this new Nissan Pixo is that the height of dashboard is little bit high and may obstruct view of short drivers. Apart from this 5 Speed Manual Transmission, a 4 speed automatic transmission is also available with this Nissan Pixo.
Nissan Pixo will be available in 2 variants: Visia and Acenta. Power steering, anti-lock brakes and dual front airbags are standard on every model while keyless entry, power front windows, split folding rear seats, side airbags and front fog lamps are standard on Acenta. Some of the notable features of Nissan Pixo includes manual air conditioning, electronic stability control and curtain airbags.

Nissan, one of the world's largest Car manufacturer's has now come up with their first ever gasoline-electric car. This new Nissan hybrid car, that was launched recently is named as Fuga in Japan but it is going to be sold as the Infiniti M in the United States and a few other markets.
Nissan is aiming to be the leader in the zero-emission arena by introducing the first mass-scale electric car in this year, but it should also be noted that Nissan lags rivals Toyota Motor Corp and Honda Motor Co by more than a decade in offering a proprietary hybrid model.
So far, Nissan has been selling a small number of Altima hybrids in the United States using Toyota's hybrid system to clear regulations in California. Now they come up with a solution for it, Nissan's new Fuga/Infiniti M hybrid uses lithium-ion batteries produced by Nissan's battery unit, Automotive Energy Supply (AESC), held jointly with NEC Corp.
According to Nissan, its one-motor, two-clutch hybrid system would achieve far better fuel economy, at a much lower technical cost compared with hybrid leader Toyota's complex, two-motor "series parallel" system. The Fuga hybrid gets the best fuel economy of about 19 km/litre among high-end gasoline-electric sedans.
Nissan's hybrid system has a structure similar to that of Volkswagen AG , mounting an extra clutch that separates the electric motor from the engine to allow for driving using only electric power when the battery is charged. The car, Nissan's Fuga Hybrid, starts at 5,775,000 yen ($71,470).
